Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
HeyQA (heyqa.co) is operated by Serhii Kryvokhatko, trading as private entrepreneur Kryvokhatko S.L., based in Ukraine. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact info@heyqa.co.
2. What information we collect
- Contact form: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Booking a call: When you book a discovery call through our Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email address, and the meeting details you provide. This data is processed under Calendly's own privacy policy — we receive your booking details to prepare for and conduct the call.
- Technical data: Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
- We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry or message
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls
- Maintain records of our business correspondence
We do not use your contact details for marketing emails unless you explicitly agree to that separately.
4. Legal basis for processing
For visitors in the EU/UK, we process your data based on your consent (when you submit a form or book a call) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
5. Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this site. They only receive the data needed to perform their function:
- Formspree (formspree.io) — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Calendly (calendly.com) — processes call bookings and scheduling.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosts the site and provides standard security/performance infrastructure.
- Google Fonts (fonts.google.com) — serves the typeface used on this site; loading a font from Google's CDN may share your IP address with Google.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and call-booking correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain accurate business records, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@heyqa.co — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Cookies
This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The Calendly widget embedded on our Contact page may set its own cookies to enable scheduling — see Calendly's privacy policy for details.
9. International data transfers
HeyQA is based in Ukraine. The third-party services we use (listed above) may process and store data outside your home country, including in the EU and US. These providers maintain their own safeguards for international data transfers under their respective privacy policies.
10. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes to the site or how we handle data. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
